Our Story
The heart behind Path to Wellness Care began long before the business was born. I’ve always worked in the healthcare field, but everything changed when my grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. I became deeply involved in her care—coordinating services, advocating for her needs, and learning firsthand how overwhelming the process can be for families without support.
Through that journey, I also saw just how complex Medicare and other insurance systems can be. Even with my own knowledge and experience, navigating coverage, resources, and care options was a challenge. I realized that too many people are left to figure it out alone.
Path to Wellness Care was created to change that. Our mission is to offer compassionate, culturally competent care while guiding families through the maze of home care and insurance—so no one has to do it alone. We're here to be the support I once needed, and to help every client walk their path to wellness with dignity and clarity.
